I talked to him about it last week, I'm trying to give him all the chances possible so when I do talk to my RA I can say I asked him multiple times. He didn't sleep in here last night, just was really loud coming in and out until about 3 in the morning... >.< Of course all the beer cans were still all over the place so I got to clean up a mess I didn't make! Oh boy! I'm going to talk to him today, so we will see how that goes and if it happens again, I'm going straight to my RA. Also my roommate is leaving for the weekend. Gawd I need this weekend away from him. Normally I would just go home for the weekend to get away from him but that would mean I would be away from my girlfriend for a weekend, so the good outweighs the bad. Anyways I will talk to him today... joyful. >.<

Oh how I wish Swampy... unfortunetly he is SMART. He doesn't study ever and still has around a 3.0 GPA. So I don't see him failing out. I am probably stuck with him unless he moves into one of the other kids rooms depending on how this talk and future ones work out. I am at the edge, one more time after i talk to him and I am talking to the RA. I just can't do this anymore. Right now though i am resisting the urge to take a knife and kill him while he sleeps.

Really i'm not asking for too much other then for him to be quiet when I'm trying to sleep like i am for him and for him to not drink in our room. I don't drink, he does, I'm fine with him keeping the beers in the fridge but when I have to clean up the beer cans and bottles because i can hardly move around then its problems. Really it shouldn't be too hard. Don't drink in the room, everyone on our floor minus me and 4 other guys drink. Go to someone elses room and drink. Not that hard of a concept.
